About Us
Populations served are youth who are:

• Between 16 and 24 years of age
• Single parents
• Low income
• High school graduates
• High school dropouts
• College students
• Those with criminal backgrounds
• Those who need help determining their career paths

Services We Provide

• Paid Work Experience and Job Leads- EDSI will pay wages directly to the new hire for them to gain valuable hands-on experience with an employer
• On-the-Job Training
• Life Skills and Work Readiness Certification
• Supportive Services- such as transportation and childcare
• Free GED and Career Readiness Certification
• Certifications (Medical, Information Technology, Construction, etc.)
• Jobs in high-demand industries
• Support in dealing with life struggles
