About Us
EDSI operates the co-located North Central region TANF (Trade Assistance for Needy Families), WIOA (Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act), and WIOA Youth Program contracts in the Greater Hartford area of Connecticut. These programs are offered on the same site as the Connecticut Department of Labor office in Hartford, and in six other satellite offices in the region. Capital Workforce Partners, the North Central region Workforce Development Board, funds the program using WIOA, TANF, and DSS (Connecticut Department of Social Services) allocations.
