About Us
The Lehigh Valley Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and EARN Programs are located within the Lehigh Valley CareerLink. The WIOA program serves unemployed and underemployed individuals who meet eligibility criteria. In addition to assessments, a variety of job readiness workshops are offered. EDSI Recruiters provide extensive employer services to businesses throughout Lehigh Valley.

Our On-the-Job Training service is a wage reimbursement program provided to employers hiring individuals referred by PA CareerLink^®. The employer interviews and selects a trainee, hires him/her, trains the hiree in the job and is reimbursed up to 50% of the wages during the pre-determined training period. The Lehigh Valley Employment, Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) program serves the TANF and SNAP populations through case management, job readiness instruction and job development.

In 2014, EDSI began operation of the Lehigh Valley Out-of-School Youth Program, serving youth ages 16 to 24. The program is employability-focused.
