About Us
The CareerCompass is a two-week program funded by the NYC Human Resource Administration (HRA), which provides assessment and referrals, career exploration activities, goal setting and supportive service coordination.

Upon completion of an assessment, clients receive a service plan that is tailored to their career goals. The service plan can include a combination of ESL or ESOL classes, Adult Basic Education classes, High School Equivalency classes, vocational training, internship or community service.

Here at EDSI CareerCompass, we focus on our clients’ strengths and provide motivation and encouragement, which helps build their self-confidence and capacity for self-reliance.
