This Spring, EDSI will transition from Paylocity to UKG.

What does this mean to you? It means that you will use UKG as your platform to submit time off, complete your timesheet and many other functions that you have used before with Paylocity.

What is this page for?

On this page, you will find training tools to support this transition, such as training manuals and videos. Please read the manuals and watch the videos so you can learn how to use UKG.

Who can I e-mail for support with UKG?

If you are having any issues logging in, or need any assistance with UKG, please submit a Zendesk ticket. Someone from the EDSI UKG team will be happy to help you. Please be sure to mention UKG in the support request.

NEED A UKG BOOKMARK?

Bookmarking UKG can be difficult since different EDSI locations use different links, and if you are one who uses your EDSI login for UKG access, bookmarking that site can also be difficult.

As the video states, your UKG login is "EDSI" followed by your 7 digit employee number. If your employee ID number is less than 7 digits, add a zero(es) at the beginning.
